Tracks 1 to 5 recorded/mixed at Soundcheck in Birmingham, May-August 1989.
Tracks 6 to 10 recorded/mixed at Square Dance in Derby, May 1989.

Tracks 11 to 14 are CD-only bonus tracks. They were recorded on some unknown session in 1989 as the „Tiny Tears” EP which was never released.

Although the back cover lists 13 tracks, the CD actually has 14 tracks. Track 6, „Devastator / Mighty Trust Krusher”, is split into „Devastator” and „Mighty Trust Krusher”.
